Frequently Asked Questions
You will always use your member number (account number) to log in, as well as the password that you’ve created for your account. Once they have been accepted, you must answer security questions whose answers you came up with during the creation of your YEFCU Online Banking Account.
Our team has no access to members’ passwords or security question answers, so it’s important to keep them written down somewhere safe to use when you need them. The same process applies to our Mobile App, with the added option of using facial recognition to sign into your YEFCU account for participating mobile devices.
There can be multiple reasons you’re having trouble logging into your account. Our Mobile App occasionally goes through updates that may make the logging in process slower, and our Online Banking provider goes through updates as well. While trying to log in to your account, make sure that your account number is correct, your password is correct, and that you’re using the correct answer to the security questions you’ve picked. If you’re still unsuccessful, call our office where we can help you reset your password.
If your Debit Card has been lost or stolen, it’s important to report it to our office or call after business hours at 1-833-337-6075 to order a new one and ensure your funds aren’t compromised. Our members have the option to freeze their debit cards through our Online Banking/Mobile App, and are encouraged to do so if they no longer have access to their Debit Card or wish to cease activity on their card.
